Andrew's Personality
'The Rock' and 'The Realist'
In August 2009, in order to obtain independent evidence, I undertook a questionnaire designed to indicate personality traits.
A summary "type" of my answers was initially provided. Describing me as "The Realist", it listed four general traits:
- Once something is learned and practiced, few do it better.
- Can be trusted with details, contracts, documents, and so on.
- Are tenacious, stick to schedules, commitments, completion
- Use past experience and the facts of a situation to make decisions.
A fuller "Personal Styles Indicator" was then provided.
